The 1st Phase of the Vocational Training Center will has three large class rooms that can accommodate around 40 people each. One room will be dedicated as a full scale computer lab to offer computer training and education. The others will be used for other vocational training programs such as a sewing classes, plumbing, mobile phone repair, electrician courses and so on to provide the local community with education and training they would need to gain employment  to support their families.

The 1st Phase of the Vocational Training Center was opened to the public on the 5th of September 2013. The remaining 4 training rooms will be completed during Phase 3 of the project with the community center and Banquette hall.
